I do it for power-naps. It has to be something mildly interesting to keep your mind slightly occupied but not something that you actually want to see or something you have to concentrate on. That seems to help you drift of into sleep without your thoughts keeping you awake. I habitualy use fact fiend videos as they work best for me.
