looking at it in a different situation. We are both equal contributors to a company. I do 99% of the work and you just sit there and jerk around. Then one day you come up to me and say, well, I dont like how you run our business. Then I say, well then lift your ass and do it yourself. Doesnt that make sense? Isnt that fair? We both have the same influence on here, its useless to cry when you could just change the outcome with your own actions. Cheers

Dont use words that you dont get the meaning off...ad hominem refers to making a counter argument that has nothing to do with the initial argument. aka. you say the meme sucks, and i say you are a ***. But my point was in context, and thus the fallacy doesnt apply.
