Yeah, a story about a courageous man, who lost all his friends and his base to some horrible beast, which he set out to destroy before getting shot by a random american for not speaking English.

I don't remember the film too well... I know it started with a dog, and there was a lot of snow, and there were blood tests etc...
So what's up with Norwegian all of a sudden?

Well, they were the ones who discovered the thing, unleashed that sh*tstorm but almost managed to contain it. However, the thing, disguised as a dog, escaped, and ran all the way to the American base, despite being shot at by Norwegian helicopter all the way. And this is pretty much where the film begins. It's pretty good, though dated a bit.
