Okay, that was quick. The absence of a monetary system makes it impossible to say an exact figure, but since Egypt was an agrarian base, it is seen that they were paid in beer and bread (and a good amount, so that they would have the strength to work) and apart from that they were given meat and grain dry and sometimes more beer, wine or vegetables, which they could take home.

But it is seen that the differentiation is made with respect to the graves. The monarch had the monopoly, so all the tombs were a gift from the pharaoh, who had exclusive rights to their concession. They were given to scribes, royal family, nobles, officials... not slaves. Those go to a hole un the ground and that's enough. Stone tombs were a way of ensuring passage to the underworld. Am I the simple person? It's you who thinks it's easy to find pay records for workers who hired 4500 years ago, bro. Historians are not magicians nor do we have time machines. But if we have information that going to work in the pyramids was not mandatory and people went in droves because it was well paid, food was included and also the works were done in the months of leisure in the cultivation, while the Nile was flooding the riverside, well we might have a clue. Another clue may be the preserved graffiti that the work crews, who were in many cases groups of friends, wrote on the stones. GraffitiS in which they call themselves "The Friends of Khufu Gang" or "The Drinks of Menkaure." Very slavish, isn't it? I'm sorry if you liked the song "Deliver us" from the Prince of Egypt a lot, but it's just Judeo-Christian narrative. Still, I'm going to ask a couple of fellow Egyptologists to see if they know that super specific detail you need to believe the overwhelming evidence in my favor.
