What? Unsourced rage-bait with a made up title, written by an agenda driven author, on a cheemswurbler post? Unthinkable!

That is not how the UN operates. So no matter what. it is missinformation.
The site depicted here is actually a site trying to appeal to far-right american people, and are not satire but missinformation. They deliberately creates/shares false stories to stirr stuff up. And when they don't fabricate they put everything on the bleeding edge. They have a story about how the drones in America are straight up attacking people for example.

I tried to find out what this was based on, but I can not manage to find anything which lead them to write this article, so it is probably based on something a satire website wrote. The best I could find was a UN speech on coordinated disinformation to undermind "climate actions". And urged Nations to make sure their citizens know where to find factual information.
