I've come here to give you an alternative that actually works for unsecured networks.
If you have an Android phone, go download Dsploit and you can replace the images within the app. I'll just type a tutorial below.
>connect to network, if secured then click on the wifi icon in the top right corner of the dsploit app, enter password, then join.
>Run a port scan and select port 80 or any other port you want to use for MITM.
>Scroll down to MITM in the app, click on replace images, download an image of cage and use it.
It may or may not work on secured networks.
