Verizon rep here, I still have no idea what the *** the point of this ad is. It's such a waste of time and effort because I have to explain to every single person that no, your bill won't be $160 and no, you don't just get 20 GB. It's a 12 GB plan and it assumes you buy 4 new phones which gives 8 GB extra, but the $160 doesn't take count of your phone costs. So then when I tell them their real bill is going to be $160 + 4x ($27.08) = $268.32 a month because they want 4 iPhones to buy, then they freak out and think we're a ***ing scam.
