He's lost almost 400 lbs, and look much better now. He's also reached his goal for a excessive skin removal operation, which will probably make him look even better.

It's about identifying you as a consumer in an area where the broadcast rights have been sold, and associating that view with the broadcast rights sale. If the rights have been sold to a company which doesn't want the program transmitted over the internet (because it would be transmitted without the ads which that purchaser has paid for the right to send you along with the program) then the web site can't show it to you, even though it was originally broadcast "for free".
