According to the guy, Conchita stands for "hot woman" and Wurst for "doesn't matter" or "Wayne". He told a german online newspaper that everybody should express themselves how they want and not like they're told to. Freedom in mind or something like that. Has to be hard to understand for Americans.
By the way: his song was crap
