"Claimed", in the US you can sue anyone for raping you and in most cases, you turn out successful and earn some cash too, it's best to believe in actual evidence than words from a total stranger in the land of freedom these days. When it comes to politics you need to have balanced opinions concerning both sides. Why are the american people making conspiracies against their own government and the majority of their population believe most of them? Why did Putin decide to go on a tour to south america just after the Ukraine conflict began? Well concerning the transport of arms to opposition forces in eastern ukraine, border control on both sides have confirmed in numerous of cases that they didn't see any convoys moving across borders. But there's a possibility that Russia moved arms through Crimea into Ukraine which is quite a genius idea since the area belongs to Russia now and over 90% of it's population are Patriotic towards Russia and the pro-ukrainians are only a minority that's being suppressed so they won't be able to say anything if there are trucks in green camo moving through the streets. But yet again, we haven't had any concrete visual evidence of arms being transported into Russia except for a picture found on twitter supposedly showing SAM BUK vehicles being moved into ukraine with an obvious number on the side saying 302, Ukraine took the picture and presented it as evidence that Russians were providing weapons to the seperatists, until another picture was shown of the same SAM buk vehicle in a Kiev military parade with the number 302 on its side. But Russia has also denied all claims by the west against them saying they are "Imperialistic, Propagandized and politically motivated" which is quite a fishy way of describing lies as lies. You can't trust eather side in this matter.
