Aww shit. My bad. I used Microsoft Word to black out the names, then cropped it, but when I saved it to documents, I didn't know that the other parts of Word will show too.

Actually it's on "sleep" settings. After a few minutes without anybody moving the mouse or type on the keyboard, it will automatically "sleep". It won't shut down completely, but it will turn off most components and when you come back, it will open again for only 5 seconds and it will still have any programs open. I also have a big ass fan and vent that keeps everything cool when turned on. Try it on your computer. It will save you energy.
