They fined me of a 800 euros for downloading an episode of the walking dead (s04e07 to be precise) but we explained them that we didnt know and they dropped the fine to 400 euros (25 euros for 18 or 20 months cant remember). I live in Germany. And all that sucked big time.

but surely is a problem for lower pc users who still use 4gb of RAM which if you have chrome and a game open then it really starts to lag.
