There's no dinosaur DNA in the oil anymore, and even if there was, it still wouldn't work. For us to clone anything, we need egg cells (they're called ovulae I think but then again english...) and a healthy dinosaur female of the same species to create the shell around it. I guess we could avoid that with a lot of genetic engineering and lab grow them, but still.

Yet, all of that doesn't matter. By the time the oil would be ready there'd be no humans around to harvest it anymore.
