TLC is an American TV channel owned by Discovery. It has shows like Say Yes to the Dress, Strange Love, My Strange Addiction, Cake Boss, 19 Kids and Counting, Sister Wives, What Not to Wear, etc.

This was obviously "My Strange Addiction" ...
