I mean, representation is one thing. I am a big proveor of equality of oppurtunity. I give for example anyone the same tests who is applying to me. If one has more points than the other then this person gets the job.
Should be similar at the Military for examüle there are tests where you need to bring an 80kg puppet from a to b.
