hm the sex related stuff might be a problem, literally the opening is him killing a demon lady during sex with her, while that mght also be so absurd its funny, the story doesnt shy away from showing sex related brutality and the trauma that comes from it

it isnt done in bad taste though, in Abyss it seems weird and out of place, in Berserk its just part of an adult story in a medieval fantasy setting

it is not a feel good story and it will make you feel angry and sad at times but its also an extremely good manga and a story that at certain points drew me in so well I couldnt stop reading. I would definitely recommend it but
if you say certain things make you feel unwell like death, rape, gore etc than be warned it has basically every of those checkmarks a story can have. These things arent just there for shock value and are part of the story and the world but they are all there

depends, what did you regret about Made in Abyss? Abyss I only saw the anime but I think its amazing. completely ***ed up but that makes it special.

Berserk manga is insanely well drawn, some pictures are incredible and the story has some moments you wont forget. But it isnt finished yet and it has some extremely ***ed up moments. So if you dont like the ***ed up stuff in Abyss you probably wont like Berserk.
If abyss turned you off because of the tiny children characters you are fine, Berserk doesnt really go in that direction

if you generally enjoy manga/anime/video games Berserk is also cool because you will notice how many things are inspired by it

The move came out 14 years ago and the comics obviously even before that. So what you are saying is that the movie was indeed at least 7 years ahead of its time

man if its only half as good as the originals it will be the best movie in years...but I doubt it. hope Im wrong and a new age of slapstick comedy is upon us but I believe it when I see it

I actually like it. Now I never loose the cap, dont even have to think about it or use my other hand for it.(I mean I dont drop it constantly but it happens now and then) It also doesnt bother me while drinking or pouring a drink.

I thought they initially made it as a quality of life change, only afterwards I learned it was for the environment lol.

without the blue shell most games will be decided after the first round. outside of the blue shell, the first place is very safe. once you have built a small lead only red shells will reach you and you will have most likely something to block them. and second place is unlikely to get 3 red shells.

in the midfield, place 2-8, there are so many items and you often get chain-destroyed by multiple things so the block of drivers slows itself down and keeps each other from catching the first place. you need the blue shell to balance the playing field

crash team racing(mario kart clone for playstation) in its online mode had a super weak variant of the blue shell that had to be buffed multiple times because the first place was invincible otherwise

blue shell generally appears more for the midfield characters, not for the very last. im pretty sure in at least newer games it also is more likely to appear IF somebody has a lead although no source for that.
