as he said, when telomere runs out we begin losing some of the important DNA coding which leads to mutations.. mutations are errors that were not fixed in the replication process of the DNA Chain, but some of the responsible, directly related with cancer, for "fixing" these errors are the suppressors p53 or p21.

You know dude, you could ask politely if you do not understand a statement before saying something is wrong. Some of us actually know what we are talking about, because we took clases and put some kind of effort in school,not because we read some shitty abstract as "proof".
