save it full, then increase the contrast to 100%.
next use the magic wand tool and select the right hand wall at the entrance.
now modify the selection to "expand" by 6 pixels
create a new red fill layer
no modify the selection to shrink by 3 pixels.
erase everything with a large eraser. it will leave your under layer maze and a 3 pixel wide red line going directly from start to finish.
