There's nothing wrong with taking stuff from elsewhere, as long as people don't talk sh*t and say "oh I took this picture" or "look at this comic I made" when it's someone else's work. Hell removing the watermark is just as bad; the person that made it should get some sort of recognition for what they've spent time on whether that's site traffic or just you acknowledging them.

It's not just that she's white, it's that she clearly doesn't actually speak Chinese and has only mashed "*** off" in to google translate. She cuts herself on her forearm in a clearly visible place for attention but apparently since that doesn't satisfy her attention seeking she pretends to speak another language.

The happy meal sticker on her door just makes it so much funnier.
