I never really got this- if, for instance, a company (any normal company, not female underwear modelling or anything that for some reason is incredibly gende or race specific) says: "we won't hire you for the sole reason that you're a man/ white", then how is that not sexist/ racist?

Yeah, I mean what if he'd had a weird fetish for drinking his own piss and then someone unexpectedly steals it and drinks it instead? In that situation, no one would feel the need to prove it's not harmful...
