When you take the cap off the oil reservoir, you expect oil to come out. Instead coolant came out, why? Because the pistons in an engine have to be lubricated with oil, and cooled down with coolant, but to separate the two, there's a gasket. If that gasket breaks and coolant leaks into the oil, then you see what this gentleman here has seen.
Poor dude now has to dismantle half the engine to change the gasket and inspect for further damage if this car has been running a for a long time with this issue.
