I think you are talking about subversive activities from foreign (mostly Russian) sources.
You will find all these fringe groups that detract from social stability and national unity are just that. But usually foreign enemy powers encourage their root and make them somehow significant.

My main issue with conspiracy theories, is that there are so many competing forces in the world.
And often even illustrious, wealthy and intelligent organizations fail to do simple things like selling more of their product.
I don't believe for a moment anybody runs the world or decides the fate of nations.
