It depends on the game of choice. This game is visual stimulated physical attractiveness. Women are not usually attracted in that way, but men are. So Men want women because of how they look and women know that. Men don't want men for how they look and women don't want men for how they look, only for how they make them feel or how they connect or so (mostly - again there are lots of exceptions). Do the math its a no-win scenario unless you are woman and you monetize it. The only remarkable thing this man is doing is refusing to play the biological game. Because it is against nature to do so.
