As another advice, you should wash your face with fairly hot water (not TOO hot), rub the pimple area with alcohol (not too much) just enough so that your face wont get wet with alcohol, then wash again with cold water. (Explanation) Warm water helps open the skin hole, alcohol kills bacteria on your skin and some inside your skin, cold water helps to close the skin hole up.

...basically you can squeeze it too...just apply pure alcohol afterwards...thats all
