If you make $100,000 in a year and spend $20,000 on a car, you still made $100,000 and will be taxed as such. If she made $15.6 mil and spent $10 mil on a gas station, she should still be taxed on the $15.6 mil, unless there is indeed some loophole related to gas stations.
I usually end up going all eggs in one offensive stat (usually dex or str) until hitting the soft cap. Then I might mix between still that same offensive stat and Hp/Stamina. Eventually end up hitting the soft or hard caps for all 3 of those. Then you can start going for a secondary offensive stat - either the other of Dex/Str (quality build) or going for some magic - which is usually for getting those spells/miracles that add magic/faith dmg to your weapon.
Pretty much all of those were non-techable. When you see the red&blue bump animations together it's non-techable. If it's just blue, then it's techable.
