No, my first language is dutch.
I think English is easier for people who read or hear a lot of English in their daily life.(playing games, songs, movies, internet, ...)

I'm from Belgium and we have to learn both english and french. And I have to say that english really is the easiest language there is. I've been learning french for 7 years and I can't even speak it fluently while I never even study for english I'm the best at it at school.
