when you talk about resources you must be talking about Kosovo? Btw I'm from there. Don't talk about theft of serbian territory, that's all I'm saying.
The resources on that ground (Kosovo) belong to the people, hence to the citizens of Kosovo (which comprise mostly of albanians http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Kosovo#Ethnic_groups).
*Now about 'murica: It simply is/was the lesser evil. Yes, they kill a lot of people and will do so for a long time. But in Kosovo, the Serbian people from next door Serbia started a long march in order to clean out the Albanian people and that was worse. You didn't see 'muricans pillage a village and rape every little girl in a circle now, did you?
