Yes and no...I've used one and the screen is perfectly fine. The problem is that they have to use optical inserts to magnify the screens in order to make it appear wrapped the way normal vision is. You see all of the pixels and they appear quite large. Really, it's the motion tracking that is most impressive. There is no lag between your head movements and the movement on the screen.
