I'm pretty sure this had nothing to do with my productivity. We were constantly in a rush over projects and I was always on time with multiple proposals (I was video editor and motion designer). 100% this has to do with the fact that I caught him in a compromising position and he didn't want to risk me spilling the beans to the investors. Been self employed / unemployed since (including 5 years of depression).

In a weird way he did me a solid because now I know what I truely value in life and who are the people that actually care about me. I'll get back on my feet, I just need to build the confidance back up.

My old boss was snorting lines in the toilets and he caught me smoking one in the stalls. There was a long pause before he said "I'm not really in a position to tell you anything so I won't". He didn't fire me but the ***er didn't renew my contract.
