I shut down Gigalol because I just couldn't be bothered to upkeep a fully functioning replacement site I wasted weeks of my life on, time I could have spent with my family, having built an active sync for posts and comments that was costing me hundreds of Euros, actively being boycotted for no reason by a couple of ingrates, so I've just resorted to lurking on HL every few weeks or so.

I've had so much family stuff to deal with with two kids and plans to leave Germany etc., plus my stupid ***ass boss is dumping me constantly with work bullshit so I literally don't even have the time to play some vidya games.

But the fact that this guy is calling me Israeli even if just as a meme, is actually the worst thing I've ever had to read about me. It just proves to me that shutting down Gigalol was the right decision.

The sex doll thing was a failed attempt at a business I was trying to build just so I could cover the costs of Gigalol and two other side projects and maybe even earn a little bit of money on the side for my family.

Anyways, this will be my last comment ever on this site, I just wanted to set the record straight.

At least help me understand what's bugging you, lol. You prefer the low-effort, outdated design of HL? Do you miss the gigantic "share" buttons for facebook and twitter noone uses? GL's page layout is actually the same, but with an empty left column which I will be using for future features.

Reg. the comments... I'm not sure if it's legal and if it is, whether it's worth the effort, yknow? I also find that pretty annoying but the easiest way for everyone would be to just have everyone migrate their stuff. So I guess... help spread the word xd

I really wanted to make an April joke on GL but I was so busy with the migration changes that I just didn't have the time. I'll definitely do something for the following holidays though, don't you worry.
