The fascist ideology was never about exterminating entire populations. Not only the nazis killed millions of people, but they wanted to reset Europe, erasing its christian history because they hated it. They wanted to create a new world based on feelings (they hated knowledge) and on technique. Nazis also loved ecology. I think our leaders today are quite good heirs of the nazis when you think about it.
