Thanks for the advice. I don't have any issues with the pillows, but I make sure to make my bed every morning. Most of my sleep-related problems stemmed from work-related stress, so a few months after changing my job, I feel a lot less stressed, which helps me sleep well, and even helps me wake up around 8 am without an alarm clock (melatonin helps too).

Actually, I started eating a kiwi every day last week. I wonder if it's related at all.
