Nothing ever gaurantees that a law cotradicts an other one that is what the "legal method" that you learn in lawschool is all about. To value wich law or costum will be the highest rated.
Usually when it is a specifik situation it is because the lawmakers wanted that certain situation to be there.

In some way yes. Escpecially since they are yousualy from a higher society class.
But its allso very important that the words are precise so you dont leave room for error. Wich you do if you use easy langugage. Wich ofcourse is harder to understand for people in diffrent fields/ education

I am a lawstudent and i have never heard anyone talk about loopholes that are educated.
You have a situation and you have to apply the law at that situation there is no such thing as loopholes.
