I once had to call microsoft support for a license thing. And I had gone trough absolutely everything. After I explained my problem, she put me on hold for 2 minutes. After that, she said to simply go to a settings I've been trough 10 times and click a button. And when I went there the button I had to click was blantantly obvious on the page.
I swear the only logical explaination was that they did something on their end to magically summon it.
