Adding a God to the equation only adds more questions.

There are plenty of things in maths that don't have a beginning, or scale into infinity. I understand it can be weird to grasp, but I personally think the materialistic worldview can make sense if you consider that to us, matter is only different from maths because we are part of it.

From within a closed system, you will never be able to 100% prove its nature. Although God would be omnipotent, he is in this universe, and would not be able to prove he doesn't have a parent of some sort.

Never heard of anybody dying, not even getting lost for a long while, when you'd think it happens all the time... Must be because people who go down here know what they are doing, and always go as groups. Also, you frequently meet other visitors during the night, and they will help you if you're lost.
