What kind of bread do you eat, it's just farine, salt, water, levure ( i don't know how you say it in english), the secret is the coocking. If you the fire is too hot, you will have air bubble in their, if it's too cold it won't work neither, if it's too fast it will be aweful, if it's too lonng it' will be hard like a rock... I just realise that our most pride bread, can be compare to sex. énorme!
