God did not just create good, God also created evil. Every concept you can think of and you can't think of is the creation of God; from stone to ability to love. God is almighty. Everything that seems impossible to us, can be made by God. God can make a room full of light and in complete darkness in the same time. I am a Muslim. I do not know the exact descriptions for the god in bible, nor in the Kuran. However, this is the description of almighty for me.
