Most of your objections boil down to "I don't like it" and the reasons you provide sound more like justifications for not liking it than reasons why you dont like it.

It's definitely too complex of a topic to use words like "degenerate" on.
Anyway.
Resources: you split them between 3 but you also have 3 people's worth of time and money etc. This is a complete non-point.
Children: There is no reason why one partner would need to be left out. A woman can have children with multiple partners.
Harder to manage: yes. Doesnt make them bad though.

Why is polyamory a bad practice?

The medical reason to not eat shit is the presence of bacteria from your intestines which can make you sick. Besides that, I'd imagine eating shit is frowned upon because shit is icky. So again, what makes polyamory degenerate?

And bonus question: How the hell can you compare polyamory to eating shit?
