Simply wrong. BLM protests resulted in 19 deaths, most of which were protesters. Since 9/11, the majority of America's terror has been white supremacist/far-right terror. From 2001 to 2020, radical leftists have 1 kill, while incels 9, muslims 104, and white supremacists 114 (the article I read didn't even include the Christchurch shooting).
Also the property damage is between 1-2 billion dollars, an amount which the police pony up almost every year to settle disputes (meaning when they ***-up). A couple of buildings were burned (which no one really says is a good thing, contrary to popular rumours about the left) not whole towns. To see the bigger picture, the protests (with over 100 people) were spread around 2000 cities, in 50 states, and went on for more than a month. Majority of the protests were peaceful, while those that turned south happened after police agitation. Go search these things up and compare different sources. It takes effort but at least you minimise exterior manipulation against your mind.

It's not a direct correlation between Poverty and DNA, it has to be generational. You have to deprive a group of people of education, stability, social mobility, etc.

There is an ancestral fall as black people were literal slaves 200 years ago. Earning money over 3 generations can't repair the gap that easily. I have no idea how American education system works so I am not going to assume a racial bias in schools. Instead, I would like you to think of the systemic discrimination in a more nuanced context. How many wealthy people are encouraged to partake in the education system and pursue a career there, and how much in general black people are prone to pursue an academic path? If there is a systemic discrimination against you based on skin colour, even in the upper echelons of society, meaning that your academic success is overwritten by your skin colour, why would you pursue such a career?
Also I do not deny that there is a racial IQ average difference in the US right now. I am suggesting that its reason is generational poverty. Even intuitively, it does not make any sense to think that your melanin levels, determined by how exposed a group of people are to the sun, could determine other traits. If you moved to Africa now, and even if you didn't procreate with any black people at all, after a number of generations your skin will darken.
About DNA diversity though, among African people (between any black people there) there are more DNA diversity than between a white and a black person in US.

My dude, being brought into America as slaves is not comparable to other forms of migration. Oher immigrants in America except South Americans are able to move into the US because of their wealth and status they achieved in their country. America isn't letting broke ass Indians, Nigerians, Asians, etc. in. These people have enough wealth and status to be able to move into America.
Also slavery isn't something you can overcome if the system is discriminatory against you. I am not saying on an individual level these people are not responsible for their actions, in fact I believe the justice system already acknowledges individual responsibility. I am not saying let's not persecute people because there are systemic and sociological reasons that lead them to commit more crime, all I'm suggesting is that there is an issue of socio-economics, there is an issue of material conditions for these people who are perpetually stuck in crime. There are explanations as to why these people are this way today. It has nothing to do with the level of melanin in a person.
Poverty leads every race into crime btw that's why I mention all races. Generational poverty deprives you of education, nutrition, good housing that doesn't have shit materials that poison you like lead, and eventually your IQ and good judgements.
