sry, i recently came back from Spain with no Internet... what happened?

1) activated almonds are almonds soaked in water for 12-24 hours. There is no scientific proof that it is usefull, but however, it souds healthier
2) Alkaline water is water with an alkaline ph (8+), some say that it can help cure cancer, but I call bullshit, since it is neutralized in the stomach
3) maybe he neutralizes it because he is so god damn healthy

alkalised water is useless however, the pH of the stomach will neutralize it. + he mixes it with vinegar, dafuq...
