Since it's really hard to find a post just by it's name (which often hasn't anything to do with it) users should be able to add tags on pictures which could then get up or downvoted by the community depending on wether they're useful or not. (This could also give the tag submitter some kind of "Tag karma", motivating users to submit useful tags)
