It's translated correctly. "Kurwa" is rarely used as in "prostitute", usually it's just like an "ah, fuc.k". When you're angry, hit your finger with a hammer or something, you could scream "kurwa mać!" which is considered "a heavier curse word" would literally mean "mother who.re" but the sole word "mać" haven't been used for decades to refer to someone's mother. "Kurwa mać" entirely lost it's original meaning and it's just an expression of anger/frustration. More literal translation of "A jak pierdolnie" would be "and what if it fuc.king blows". The word "jak" literally means "how", but has different meaning depending on context and here in "a jak xyz" it means "what if xyz". Cheers.
