YES!! You're right on most of those points. There are definitely more talented bands/artists in terms of musicianship who are more deserving of such a level of fame, but these guys had the right image and met the right people at the right time, the right opportunity is half the battle. However, I don't think they had commercial attitude towards playing/touring, especially in the 70s in Australia, they wouldn't have dreamed of playing anywhere bigger than pubs let alone world stadiums.

People who don't believe in same sex marriage are standing in the way of human progress. We're all beasts at heart, marriage is just a word we made up to help organise our rate of offspring. However a lot has changed since those days and if it's consensual why would you care what a guy does with his dick?
