Not quite. The top posters of early Hugelol actually talked outside of the site. My old screen-name was FistedSister. I was back and forth with Wiinged for top-poster for a while. The old user "Shafdude" was a short-lived rival of mine, until I stumbled upon him on another site, and we talked there about what that particular forum was about. Another top-poster was Rosetta_Stoned. We were friends on Facebook, talked almost daily, too. I could tell you his passions and even have his own website bookmarked on my old laptop.

The old Hugelol was such a good community that it didn't NEED an abundance of moderation. Even so, the admins talked to us, even explaining how bots helped the site pay for itself. People wouldn't understand, the active userbase dropped, which meant more bots were needed to help drive traffic.

The big demise was when admins started banning users for mentioning the bots. I was still top poster when I made a long post about the boys and how to spot them based on the formula their username generator used.

Bots have never been the problem.

That's exactly how Hugelol and hiddenlol were made... people think making another clone of a clone of a clone of 4chan with a profile interface will work... it just doesnt.

This "change" is more like reverting to how HUGELOL used to be when it was smaller. It used to be a much different place.

Now the newer crowd that likes the offensive posts can have their playground, and the whiny ***es like myself can have the old HUGELOL back.

Crossfitters do "kipping" pull-ups as opposed to normal pull-ups. They offer no benefits and can cause serious injury to your joints, So in all reality, you can do a hundred of these and still have not done a single pull-up.
