75 years ago the arabs lived in harmony as british colonies. Then everything changed when the zionists attacked due to their vision of an israeli state. Quite literally they bombed stuff (including a british hotel) until the british rulers decided that it would be better to send their jewish problem down to the middle east, aggreeing to create a new country and making the bombers leaders of this state.

Fast forward a few decades to a sort of stability with the surrounding arab nations (after years of US backed wars started by both sides). The US now supports israel with infinite money for weapons using it as a base to destabilize middle eastern countries (infinite refugee generator). Easy access to olive oil and crude oil.

Some of the indeginous people to the land now live in close packed, closed off areas (West bank and Gaza) within israel, with their own sort of rule, where they can't travel, or control food, water or electricity. Here, the zionists continue to expand settlements dreaming of annexing the whole place someday.

In gaza, some of the orphans from the many conflicts with the zionist state have grown up to form a violent military resistance group, calling themselves Hamas. Their purpose is destabilizing israel and attaining freedom for the indeginous population.

Now fast forward to october 7th. the militants from Hamas use paragliders to travel over the wall surrounding gaza, and do some local damage at a festival in israel, right by the border. They kill some people and take others as hostages. Cue an israeli response with a lot of bombing and starvation of the local population having left over 50% of gaza destroyed with over 15000 children dead.
The reason why this conflict is "complicated" is that a lot of western countries have economic interests in israel. Israeli lobbying is also incredibly powerful in the west, among other things making the US pass a law that defines israel criticism as antisemitism and generally making it impossible for main stream media to talk about the subject in an israel critical way. The military offensive has been ongoing for 8 months and tides are turning for them as more and more countries choose to take a critical stance despite economic interests and lobbying.

plenty of jewish people are pro palestine. Bad country bombing civillians is bad for public image of jewish people, so it's natural

to be fair, he's just specifically countering the argument that "being gay is unnatural" which is quite stupid. Sure, the holocaust is natural, but it's unethical. Being gay hurts nobody
