It doesn't matter bro, I actually did it with Tony Robins (the man in the gif) and the mindset you set yourself into before doing it really does make you kinda "immune", I've done it, gotten no burn or whatever and done it again after... my girlfriend didn't put any efforts into it and burned like shit aha
