this is no physics, there are no units of measurement, you could seriously embarass the test giver calling him out on it, on top of that the answer could 0.5 5 5000 or any variation of it just because of the unclear instruction by not including units but mathematically it is 5000 obviously. Sometimes teachers are simplifying constants such as pi when students are not allowed to use calculators. I believe that is the only logical reason.
