You know what? NO. Real Sci Fi is *all* Science Fiction. I like Stargate, I weep over Firefly (don't we all), I wouldn't be who I am without Star Trek, I found my love of Sci fi with Star Wars, but Doctor Who is my one true love. Who are you to say what people should and should not be a fan of? Or what science fiction is? I've read some crappy ass science fiction, but it's still actual sci fi.

Doctor Who is a wonderful journey through the human experience.
