How are carbs to blame? Complex carbs are the base of our diet and fiber (which counts as a carb) makes stool firm. Too much and you will even get constipated. The rest was fun to read and mostly agreeable.

That's not a croissant, that's a roll. Those take many shapes and forms but croissants are layered and fluffy.
