By standard, cars for the Japanese market are made with right-hand drive. Most likely Japanese-made art.
Also, 95% of European cars are made with left-hand drive. It's basically only the British being weird about it in Europe.

Well, I'm not a theological expert, but...
My best guess is that war is were sons and husbands are lost. It is were cities are laid siege to and sometimes even destroyed. War is a force of chaos and destruction so to speak.

Conquest on the other hand is more about losing what you have or who you are. When a city or area is conquered, it loses its identity to the conquers in law and in culture... narratively

In actuality, who owns the land means nothing more than who the inhabitants pay their taxes to at this time in history (think classical era). People are generally happy if they can do how they can always done and why challenge that if they pay their tax and sort out their own problems in their own way. Remember that the four horsemen are a biblical telling and so is more about constructing a good vs evil narrative than being historically viable. The evil invaders and their wicked conquests. A force of evil.

The original version is Conquest, War, Famine and Death.
Plague/Pestilence is often used in place of Conquest in modern renditions, but it has also been used in place of death.
And the attribution of the horsemen to to the issues in the order presented makes the most sense, if Conquest is to be interpreted as the removal of ones freedom.
