Mr. Krivit did that report years ago back when I agreed that it was probably fake. New developments have changed my mind.

Rossi's E-cat has since been verified by the group mentioned above, which was financed by the $22billion Swedish energy consortium Vattenfall. The rights to the technology have been bought by Industrial Heat LLC of Raleigh North Carolina, a company set up by the $2billion investment firm Cherokee.

Experimental results trump theory every time. Plus there has been radiation detected in small amounts at low energy, something nuclear is happening.

It's non-ionizing radiation. I'm not aware of any LENR experiments that released ionizing radiation, the kind that leaves things around it radioactive as well.

There has been radiation detected, but in amounts easily shielded by the reactor housing itself. This is only the most powerful reactor revealed as of yet, working in the kW range. There are thousands of papers available at www.lenr-canr.org dealing with smaller scale experiments.
